I work with companies who need to have a sales or business development infrastructure.  I make sure my clients have the right people to do the job, efficient processes, and performance measurables that will help them grow to the next level.

Not Meeting Revenue Goals

I like to work backwards from a revenue gap analysis.  Essentially, I measure where the company wants to go versus where they are currently with their revenue.  I look at the gap first to determine why they haven’t achieved their goal based on their current staffing, processes, and strategies. 

We might determine from this that work needs to be reallocated, or that they need to hire another person to achieve their goal within the desired timeframe.  We also look at the talent that they have.  Are they the right people?  Are we utilizing them to their highest and best value?

Once the answers to all of these questions have been determined, we make changes accordingly. Once we have determined that we have the right people, we work on the process, and set the performance expectations to align with the goals of the organization.
